There is a Toy Australian Shepherd and a Miniature Australian Shepherd. I have a mini. They are not recognized by the AKC, but that does not mean they don't exist. The breeds started years ago by breeding small Australian shepherds.

Yes it is miniature version of an Australian Shepherd. They only grow to about 12 inches and weigh about 10 pounds. You can find one at www.sedgeworthfarm.com. Plus they are super cute. They are not always great cattle herders. Some push, but some lead. If you call them down they will stop. Other dogs such as blue healers don't listen as well. They are normally the color of blue healers but they can be black and red also. They are great companions. Other dogs get bored with cattle but these dogs are some of the few that have an attention span that is longer around livestock.
