Walmarts on Oahu used to sell them, but in very limited supply and choice. We don't have great craft stores here, but Ben Franklin Crafts in Pearl City, and Honolulu sell them. But they are crazy expensive. Try Joanns Fabrics online site. When the site has them on sale, they are less than $2 a block.
