It depends on which badge you are trying to place. The Promise Badge and the World Badge go on each collar of the shirt. The rest of the badges go on the sash. The WAGGGS GAT badge, the WAGGGS Thinking Day badge, and the JOTA/JOTI badge goes on the back of the sash. The rest go on the front of the sash.

According to information about the Girl Guides of Canada sash, there should be suggestions for insignia placement in the girl's program book. Only program badges are to be worn on the sash. The Unit Title Tape goes on the top, in front. Next, the Enrollment Pin. Then the Membership Pin. Then the Challenge Crest. And then the Keepers (the pink oval badges), in no particular order. The Girl Guides of Canada Facebook page also has photos of badge placement.
Girl Scout Fun Patches (unearned patches, usually purchased as a souvenir of an event or troop activity) go on the back of the sash or vest. Some Girl Scouts put them on a Patch blanket. Girl Scouts of the USA earned Awards and Official Insignia go on the front of the sash or vest and there are specific places for them. See Related Links for a link to the GSUSA web site which shows where the various Awards and Insignia are placed.
You put the Cookie CEO Badge with the other Girl Scout badges, on the front of the sash, going bottom to top.
then you have to have that application...simple..choose the application and put your favroiute badges in your profile picture;)
For Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), the earned badges go on the front of the vest, underneath any other earned insignia. It is a good idea to start attaching the badges at the bottom of the vest. Any fun patches received go on the back of the vest. Other Girl Guide and Girl Scout organizations may have different guidelines for badge placement.
