At the end of the day most people who have used heroin or are looking to purchase it but have no contact will always revert to Victoria st. This is due to dealers being visible from the general street view although they are known to rip people off with small deals and sometimes even give you just a cutter. If you want to go for a drive the main streets of St.Albans near the train station provide another outlet to score heroin. The police did a huge crack down recently but all the dealers are back out and operating freely.
