I purchased it years ago online via a Sole Marsiglia website. I cannot find them (Marsiglia) now. When I ran out (there were 12 cakes) I bought some when I went to Sicily. I originally bought some in the main train station in Milan. There was a small grocery. It's very hard to find in supermarkets. Possibly it's seen as an old fashioned product. In Sicily it was in the Carrefour in Palermo.
Please let me know if you find it. Good luck!
