I was looking at the 2004 Lincoln LS Owner Guide and it shows :
In the rear Power Distribution Box ( with the spare tire )
( # 29 is a 40 amp maxi fuse for the rear defroster )
Mini fuse # 41 is a 20 amp fuse for the OBD II diagnostic connector and the cigarette lighter according to the 2004 Lincoln Navigator Owner Guide
Same with the 04 Lincoln nav, by your right foot sitting in passenger seat. TR
On a Vauxhall Corsa 04 reg, the heated rear screen typically uses a 30 amp fuse. This fuse is usually located in the fuse box, which can be found in the engine compartment or under the dashboard. Always consult the vehicle's owner's manual for the exact location and specifications, as fuse configurations can vary by model and year.
In my 04 Navigator the fuse box is located on the passenger side kick panel. This is located on near your right foot if you are sitting in the passengers side seat.
One under the hood and one under the drivers side rear seat cushion. All fuse designations are listed in the owners manual.
** Fuse 14 is for rear auxillary power point and fuse #32 is for Front Power Outlets/Lights, OnStar® In my '04 it's Fuse 32 in the engine area fuse box. Previous Answer-> try fuse #14 in the center console fuse box

I have a 04 Expedition Eddie Bauer and the fuse that runs my entertainment system is fuse #4. Not relay #4 ( I made that mistake) Check your owners manual and it will give you a run down of all the fuses and what they control. Hope this helps..
