You mean a direct railroad route between Mexico and Canada? No. The main obstacle for such route is the United States. Mexico connects to various Class I routes in the United States, through the cities of Nogales, Juarez, Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros.
The Pan-American highway extends from Alaska, through Canada all the way to South America, well almost but it does go to Mexico. There are no single highways that travel between Canada and Mexico but several networks or routes one can take. These include or are often called Superhighways.

Mexico
7 As far as I know, there is only one Interstate highway (I-5) that extends all the way from the Canadian border to the Mexican border. I-15 extends most of the way from Canada to Mexico, but it ends in San Diego about 20 miles north of the border. I-35 goes most of the way between Mexico and Canada, but it ends at Duluth, Minnesota (about 100 miles south of the Canadian border), and you would have to take other roads (such as US 53 or Minnesota 29) to go the rest of the way to Canada. There are also several US highways that extend from Canada to Mexico (US 83, US 85, US 95, US 191 and US 281).
