First of all the word "President" is used by republic countries. Since we are a bi-cameral constitutional monarch (Just like UK), we have a King who doesn't possess real power, only as a representative of the nation. However he is the Supreme Commander of the Malaysian armed forces, same as the US President. We have Prime Ministers actually, and currently we have our 5th Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. The ever famous (or notorious to some westerners) Tun Dr. Mahathir, is 4th Prime Minister. The 3rd is Tun Hussein Onn. The 2nd is Tun Razak. The 1st is Tunku Abdul Rahman.
Yes, as do former vice presidents.
There are no former US presidents living in Wisconsin.
0. Malaysia is a constitutional monarchy with a Prime Minister and a King.

No, former presidents cannot run for Congress. Once someone has served as president, they are not eligible to serve in Congress.
