In Homer's "Iliad," Hermes advises Priam to approach Achilles humbly and plead for the return of his son Hector's body. He emphasizes the importance of appealing to Achilles' sense of compassion and honor, urging Priam to acknowledge Achilles' grief and share in the sorrow of loss. Hermes reassures Priam by guiding him safely through the Greek camp and reminding him that even great warriors can be moved by the pain of others.
Priam (Hector's father) stole into the greek camp and met with Achilles in secret.
In the Trojan War, Hermes played a crucial role as a messenger of the gods and a guide for souls. He assisted the hero Priam by escorting him safely through the Greek camp to retrieve the body of his son Hector from Achilles. Additionally, Hermes was involved in various other divine interactions throughout the war, facilitating communication and influencing events among the gods and mortals alike.
After his eldest son, Hector, was murdered by Achilles, Hermes accompanied Priam to the Greek camp to beg for his son's body. Achilles eventually relented and allowed a proper funeral for Hector and a temporary truce was reached. There was to be 11 days of peace in the Trojan war and fighting would restart on the 12th day. But Priam was in the temple of Zeus back at the Palace of Troy when he was brutally murdered by Achilles' son, Neoptolemus.

No where. Camp Half Blood is not real (along with the Greek monsters, Men and gods).
It's not a "Greek" camp persay, but there is a Camp Half-Blood daycamp in Austen, TX for kids ages 9-13 based on the books by Rick Riordan. There are other locations as well, and I believe an attempt is being made to make the daycamp in Austen into an overnight camp, but I don't know all the details.
Because they angered Apollo.
Camp Half-Blood is a Greek demigod training facility located on the north shore of Long Island. The camp is directed by the god Dionysus, who the campers call Mr. D, and Chiron, a Centaur who is the activities director. It is also the Greek counterpart of Camp Jupiter, a Roman camp in San Francisco, California.
