No one invaded Russia in 1200 to set up the feudal system. Nomadic tribes in Russia were ravaged by Mongols warriors for many years. However, it wasn't until Christianity was introduced which united the tribes and ended up creating the feudal system. Power seeking boyars from Kiev took the role as nobles. One of those who fought and won power as the first Tsar, Ivan the Terrible. He is said to be the first ruler of Russia and officially created the Russian feudal system.
