If by "illegal" you mean "against the law," then no. There is no state in the US where same-sex marriage is considered a crime. However, in some US states, same-sex marriage is not legally recognized. (See related questions below: "What US states have legalized same-sex marriage" and "What US states have banned same-sex marriage.")

No
Christianity was never made illegal. it was persecuted, but was not made illegal.
No. Same-sex marriage is legal in Michigan.
If the 'illegal' marriage was registered then yes.
Forced marriage is illegal in many countries around the world. Laws and regulations have been put in place to protect individuals from being forced into marriage against their will.
Same sex marriage is sinful and banned and illegal per Islam religion and hence illegal also in Iran.
Yes the illegal would be deported and the U.S. citizen who entered into this fraud marriage fined and possibly jailed.
I don't understand your question. Marriage fraud to violate immigration law is illegal and a felony. It is illegal to marry someone to make them legal. It is not illegal to marry an illegal immigrant because you love them. It is not illegal for you to immigrate your illegal spouse...assuming that the marriage is legitimate. It is illegal to mar them.
If you were tricked into an illegal marriage, simply accept the situation and move on.
