Ants hibernate in winters. They set together and use up the food they have gathered in summers. Thus they get hidden and are not visible during the cold winters.
well by my calculations they are 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,001 ants in delhi
kochi is on the coastal line, hence have moderate summers and winters whereas delhi is situated far from the sea(distance from the sea influences the climate of a place) hence have hot summers and cold winters.
because it is inland and far from sea so is subject to continental climate. However as delhi is only 30 degrees north of equator, it is also sub-tropical meaning the average annual temperature is generally high.
every time grasshopper play in summer but the ants collect and stored there food for winters in summers.
Delhi is too hot in summers and too cold during winters (without snowfall of course). Rainy season is marked with thundershowers and less rainfall.Though, Spring time is enjoyable and lovely
Delhi experiences hot summers and cold winters due to its continental climate, characterized by significant temperature fluctuations between seasons. The city is located inland, away from the moderating effects of large bodies of water, leading to extreme heat in summer and cold in winter. In contrast, Kochi has a tropical climate, influenced by its proximity to the coast and the Arabian Sea, which helps moderate temperatures throughout the year, resulting in milder summers and winters. This coastal influence also brings humidity and rainfall, further stabilizing the climate.
After 2 weeks of spraying various nonpoisonous mixtures of peppermint, orange, etc. oils & failing to deter the small black ant invasion coming from a common wall with a neighbor, I tried sprinkling Bon Ami on the ant trail. To my surprise, no more ants! As to whether it kills ants, I don't know the answer. But it does cause them to disappear.
Delhi is 5 hours ahead of Amsterdam in summers and 4 hours in winters
Yes ants do produce ants to continue the family.

Elmo's Ants.
Ants prefer warm and humid weather. They thrive in temperatures around 70-80°F and perform best when there is ample moisture available. Extreme heat or cold can negatively impact their activity levels and foraging behaviors.
