What causes business failure in Nigeria and how can it be overcome?

several factors have been identified by researchers as major failures of going concern in Nigeria. such factors mostly canvassed are infrastructural decay, lack of governmental support, and multiple taxation but my opinion remains that business are not run by Government rather individual who has passion for a particular going concern and want to further th cause. Therefore, lack of passion, wrong reason of entry, poor financial records mangement, lack of continous training, poor management techniques, and lack of personnel development.
