Is a CBSE school a recognized school?

Being a mother of a student at GIIS Ahmedabad, which is among the leading CBSE international schools in Ahmedabad, I found myself to be a perfect candidate to answer this question. Yes, CBSE school is a recognized school. CBSE is considered to be one of the leading educational boards in India. CBSE guidelines for schools are designed to maintain a balance between academics and co-curricular activities. The curriculum is well-planned and comprehensive to cover a wide range of subjects. Also for parents in transferable jobs, CBSE is a good option because it supports hassle-free migration to other CBSE schools.
