Why is immigration from Mexico good for Mexico?

Many immigrants are sneaking through the Mexican border line and coming to America to have a better life. For the US the immigrants are taking there jobs for a lower price and will work hard and may be better quality then an American worker.

It's a problem for the U.S. because of all the illegal immigrants coming from Mexico and making up a big part of our population. We end up having to pay for foreign peoples medical coverage and scholarships and such. Its a problem for Mexico because people are smuggling themselves out of the country to try and get to a better place, which resorts to some violence.

It has two advantages, for both the Mexican government and people. Immigration works as a safety valve for the Mexican government: instead of demanding better jobs and living conditions, many people emigrate into the United States. This effectively allows the Mexican government to throw the problem back at the United States. The second advantage is that most immigrants send remittances back to their families back in Mexico, in US dollars. These remittances support many families that otherwise would be struggling or in abject poverty.

For Mexico, it is important because the United States contains up to 20% of the Mexican diaspora, is the largest economy and the most powerful country in the world, while being its biggest trade and business partner and its immediate neighbor.

For the United States, because up to 11% of its current population can trace their origins to Mexico (16% if we count the amount of illegal people living in the US). Also, because Mexico is the 11th largest economy and most populated country in the world, and its third largest trading partner after Canada and China.
