Bostons come in three colors, the standard and well known black and white, brindle and white, and a lesser known seal and white. Seal and white looks like a black and white until you put them in the sun then they have a red under tone to the coat. Bostons do come in red and white and I've even seen all white and blue eyes but these are not accepted colors and are not accepted by AKC and UKC.
They were'NT bred together. tHe Boston Terrier is a mix of a English Bulldog and A White Terrier. Not a Rat Terrier.

Boston Massachusetts. It was a mix beween an English Bulldog and a Now extinct white Terrier. They were called Bull Terriers but the AKC made them change the name as there already were dogs called Bull Terriers so they changed the name to Boston Terrier.
