That would be a tough mix if you put them all on the same team. The language barriers alone would doom it to failure.

There have been great collaborations between people in different countries, if you build teams in each country who design so their work will come together into a compatible whole. The Despicable Me movies were made this way: the sound was done in Los Angeles, and the animation in France.
