Mandarin or Cantonese?Mandarin is more classic, and Cantonese is more commercial. In Mandarin, "wǒ ài nǐ" means "I love you", though that may not be what you want to say, but I don't know how to break it up without taking a risk of messing something up, as I am a Spanish guy not a Mandarin guy. Answer:In Chinese we write love as 爱 (ài) and if you wanna to say love to somebody, you can say 我爱你 (wǒ ài nǐ). 爱image:
