Its definitely a legitimate website and a legitimate company. Here is some conversation on a forum from people that have used their service

.........some good some bad but it would appear that they're definitely legitimate. Make up your own mind on their performance and the value of their service but they definitely exist.

Remember that visa companies really just help you sort out the paperwork and admin for a visa. They will not be able to get you a visa if you dont meet the requirements.
