I have been reading up on this question! I have found that it is one of the cooler months but cooler to us brits means bearable for them, expect some showers but are short. Have read also to take a jumper as nights can get cool! websites to look at DR1.com and searching weather in DR on Google is good! hope this helps! x

November is after Hurricane Season so you should expect for their Fall/Winter to set in.
