A child can say no to visitation at any age. When they become pre teens or teenagers they usually have sports, friends and sleep overs to use as an excuse not to go to a parents home they don't wish to be at. Most parents don't push it after a certain age.

age 18 see link below
I believe that in most states a child can have say in their visitation by the age of 13. Contact a local attorney, you can usually ask a question without paying a fee.

Yes if there is a court order it has to be followed. A minor is not allowed to decide unless the parents say he is or when he turns 18.
No his father has that right when he exercises his visitation rights. You have no legal right to that kind of control. No his father has that right when he exercises his visitation rights. If you're in the US... First, there is no 'them' obtaining visitation. It's 'him' obtaining the visitation. The wife doesn't have a right to visitation, but the father does. Second, *you* don't have to give him anything, but the court can order it. Third, the fact that she is facing criminal charges (and you didn't say what kind of charges) does not automatically exclude him from visitation, although the court may place restrictions on his visitation--ie that it be supervised or that the wife not be allowed around the child during his visitation.
Visitation and child support are not related. Just because the children do not visit does not mean they are no longer his children.
If you live in the US, they have to be 18. Until that age if the parent has court-ordered visitation it has to be followed. If there is a valid reason (and it must be a very valid reason) the child does not want to visit with the other parent, you need to petition the court to modify the visitation order.
the answer is about 12 at the youngest but that is pushing it i would say 13 years but that is if they are mature enough i would say the right age is 15
Visitation and child support are two different issues. Legally you can't keep your child from visiting the father on that charge. Some fathers have gotten modified change of custody orders because the mother wouldn't allow visitation.
The child is always free to express their wishes, either in court or by writing a letter to the judge in charge of their custody/visitation. If the judge feels the child provides valid reasons why they no longer wish to visit their father, the visitation order may be modified. However, court ordered visitation must continue until that happens, if it happens. Otherwise, the mother could be found in contempt of court and fined or even jailed for their child's failure to obey court ordered visitation.
