1. Take HIGHWAY 401 WEST to the BRIDGE TO U.S.A. in Windsor. Follow signs.
2. Cross at the Ambassador Bridge and follow signs to I-75 SOUTH.
3. Take I-75 SOUTH all the way down to Florida. You will be bypassing a few cities on this route. The first one is Knoxville, Tennessee via I-640/75. The second city that you will bypass is Atlanta, Georgia by taking I-285 SOUTH bypass (EXIT 259 off I-75 and EXIT 58 off I-285 to get back onto I-75 SOUTH) and the third city that you will bypass is Macon, Georgia by taking I-475 SOUTH (EXIT 177 off I-75).
4. When you are in Florida on I-75, take I-75 SOUTH to Port Charlotte.
