The average winter temperature is -34° C (-30° F), but the average summer temperature is 3-12° C (37-54° F) which enables this biome to sustain life.
It really depends on where you are if it's a tundra desert its bound to be hot or maybe even scorching!! But having said that if you stand on a ..... frozen over tundra then you would most probly be Freezing cold maybe slighty numb if you stand at the top of a tundra mountin.... Hope this as help (: .x
