The main display in Tampa usually goes up from Harbor Island and may be viewed quite well from Bayshore Blvd. or Ballast Point Park. We like to go out in the boat from the Gandy boat ramp and go along Gandy Beach. From there you can see about 10 displays from different cities within about an hour. The displays from St. Pete, Clearwater, Tampa and other locations are all visible from that spot. The beach is usually packed with people doing their own fireworks you can watch in between professional displays (even though technically I do not think they are supposed to have them out there).
