ROE = Profit Margin * Total Assets Turnover * Equity Multiplier

ROE = (Net Income/Sales) * ( Sales/Total Assets) * ( Total Assets/Common Equity)

ROE = (3%) * (100/50) * 2 = 3% * 4 = 12%
