The "Congressional Gold Medal" (albeit not strictly military) is apparently legally required to be composed by 90% of gold.

The army & air force variants of the "Medal of Honor" have some gold plating, but they're mostly made from gilding metal.

Accordingly to the Wikipedia page on the Medal of Honor, the congress had considered back in 2004 a bill requiring the medal to be made 90% out of gold, but dropped it.

The Tiffany Cross Medal of Honour was described as a gold cross patée, & the U.S. Antarctic Expedition Medal had a golden variant, but I dōn't know the percentages of gold for either of the two.

There may be more... but I'm a bit tired & not too eager to investigate each award ;Þ
