May be you are confused by the term, native born, it simply means that the President must be a citizen born in the United States, it does not mean that their entire family line must be. That would be absurd given the US was built by immigrant

To answer the original question, a foreigner can not become President, only a US Citizen can. The constitution states that to become president a person must be at least 35yrs old and be a natural born citizen (which simply means you were born in the US) and must be a resident of the US for at least 14yrs.
