Your ability to enlist in the Army after an involuntary separation from another branch will be dependent on the reentry code on your DD-214. If you have an RE-1 or RE-2 reentry code, you're good to go. If you have an RE-3 code, you are disqualified for enlistment, but may be able to obtain a waiver to be able to enlist. If you have an RE-3C or RE-4 code, your chances are slim to none.
