You shouldn't trust wikipedia unless it is 100% necessary. Anybody can go in and change the information to something completely wrong!

Due to en extensive community the information at wikipedia is quite accurate, most of the time there is a refference list at the bottomn of a wikipedia article, check that if you want to be sure.
