You will need to contact the customer service for Tricare to get a replacement card for a dependent.
you should have tricare if you are a vet. If you are old enough to get medicare, tricare for life is the insurance that is usually attached. Get online and tricare.com I belive that not all vets have tricare. You receive Tricare benefits if you were retired from the military (either medically or due to time/age). You would have a retired ID card and that is your Tricare medical card as well. If you think you are eligible you can contact tricare by calling 1-800-tricare and you will be directed to the necessary region. I hope that helps. My husband and I were both medically retired/disabled and have tricare insurance. But friends that are considered disabled by the VA only do not get the same benefits. I am basing my response on personal knowledge and experience. Best Regards,
If you are a dependent (are not her adult child) and she has applied for your green card same time as hers.
Contact Tricare for the names and number of physicians in your area that accept the coverage. The toll-free number is on the card.

Selecting a card and then selecting again without replacement is a dependent event. This is because the outcome of the second selection is influenced by the result of the first selection; the total number of cards decreases and potentially alters the probabilities of the remaining cards. Thus, the events are not independent, as the probability of selecting a specific card in the second draw depends on what was drawn in the first.
Yes, TRICARE does have an Rx BIN (Bank Identification Number) for processing pharmacy claims. The Rx BIN is used to identify the specific insurance plan for prescription medications. For TRICARE beneficiaries, the Rx BIN can generally be found on their insurance card or obtained through the TRICARE website or customer service. Always check with your pharmacy or TRICARE for the most accurate and updated information.
The TRICARE group number is a unique identifier assigned to a specific TRICARE health plan or coverage option. It helps to distinguish between different plans under the TRICARE program, which provides healthcare benefits to military personnel, retirees, and their families. This number is often required when accessing services or filing claims to ensure proper billing and coverage. If you need your TRICARE group number, it can typically be found on your TRICARE card or through your benefits information.
Yes, if you put a dependent child on your EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), you typically need to travel with them to use the card for healthcare services in EU countries. The card is intended for use by individuals who are physically present, so the child must be accompanied by an adult who can provide care and support during the trip. Always ensure to check specific regulations and guidelines for the country you are visiting.
Picking cards without replacing them are NOT independent events, since once you pick a card, you can't pick the same card again.
A dependent event. Or rather, a dependent event is one whose probability of occurrence is affected by previous events. For instance, drawing a card from a deck is affected by previous draws, if there's no replacement.
If it is a damaged visa card, you have to go the credit card issuer. Show your damaged card and request for a replacement.
