As it appears in the KJV, one could easily just say "JO'-SEZ"... and pronounce it just as it's spelled.
Mongomery [MNT], William's [WNT], and Weymouth's [WEY] New Testaments and the Literal Bible [LIT] all translate it: "Joseph" -- pronounced "JO'-SEF."
The Literal Bible, however, carries with it the added possibilities of "Strong's Definitions" -- which offers the pronunciation: "EE-O-SACE'."
But most modern, friendly, laid-back English-speaking Americans would probably just list Jesus' [JEE'-ZUZ; JOSH'-U-AH; YE-SHU'-AH] half-brother's names as: "Jim [JIM], Joe [JO], Sim [SIM], and Jew [JU]."
So in keeping with the true spirit of the perverted origins of the English language... it appears that any way you want to say "Joses" will be pretty much the right way.
