Stealth bombers remain visible to the naked eye, the "stealth" part comes from its decreased visibility to a radar. The plane's design (both its shape and the materials used) is such that it reflects radar signals in a way which makes it more difficult for the machine to detect it.

This in turn makes targeting and attacking the bomber difficult, even if it can be normally seen.
