Spy satellites! We can watch the comings and goings of foreign military troops and equipment. We can find enemy hide-outs and bases. We can use satellites to direct our missiles, bombs, and aircraft. We can use GPS for our ground troops so they don't get lost. And we can allow our agents to communicate with each other even when not within hundreds of miles of a cell-phone tower.
