Andrew Jackson is considered as the starter of the spoils system. What he did was to replace nearly all the government employees he appointed with men of his choosing. He believed that no special talent was needed to government jobs, so why not put in people that had helped him get elected. What was different was the huge extent of his turnover and the party partisanship of his appointees. Past Presidents had replaced key positions but left in tact the majority of low level employees. Jackson cleaned house, so to speak, and used his men for the replacements.
The problem was that Jackson would put people into office that were not qualified, so jobs were not being done.
You can not swap presidents in America. This will have to be done by voting.
Both Presidents Reagan and Clinton .
54 of them have done so.
the presidents pay money to the work done in the country
Work done by the system is considered as PositiveWork done on the system is considered as Negative
There are different designs that are used to design the foam system. The best designs are usually done by writing a code on a computer and then executing it.
The work done by the system is positive if the system does work on its surroundings, and negative if work is done on the system by the surroundings.
Oh, dude, it's like this: when work is done on the system, it's like the system is just chilling and getting stuff done to it, so it's negative because it's like, "Ugh, why are you messing with me?" But when the system does work, it's like, "Yeah, I got this," so it's positive because it's like, "I'm in control, baby!" So, yeah, that's why it's negative when done on the system and positive when done by the system.
Yes, it can if you hook it up to the internet, I've seen it been done.
In a thermodynamic process, the work done on the system is equal and opposite to the work done by the system. This is based on the principle of conservation of energy, where the total work done in a closed system remains constant.
