Married 3rd day we met at 18, never apart for anything for our entire married lives, only separated by death. Hard to believe, but the difference between fact/fiction is fiction must make sense. The longest marriage recorded is between Herbert Fisher Sr. and Zelmyra Fisher. Married on 13 May 1924, they have been married for almost 87 years. They met in elementary school as children growing up in the James City area. Via their Twitter account, they shared that their best marriage advice is to "Respect, support, & communicate with each other. Be faithful, honest & true. Love each other with ALL of your heart."
