"privileged" is not well-defined and is a relative term. There is no hereditary nobility. There is some "old money" but family fortunes come and go and split among heirs. More recent middle class families with modern homes lived better than rich people did 150 years ago.

With that disclaimer, I would say that 11 presidents could be said to be from privileged families, namely : Washington, Jefferson, Madison,Monroe, J.Q. Adams , both Harrisons, Tyler, both Roosevelts, Taft, Kennedy and both Bushes. You could make a case for adding Taylor and Pierce, I think.
