Technically, none. During the first century after the United States was established, very few justices had law school educations due to the lack of facilities and opportunities in the young country. All had studied law on their own, or under the supervision of a practicing attorney, however, and all were licensed by their state bars to practice law.
Although not a constitutional requirement, law school graduation and bar membership became a practical requirement around the mid-20th century. Today, most Supreme Court candidates are chosen from a well-qualified pool of applicants that have all graduated top-tier Ivy League law schools, such as Harvard and Yale.
It typically takes three years of post-graduate work (after a four-year college) degree to earn a Juris Doctor, and an extra year to earn a more specialized degree, such as an LLB.
The standard course is going to be three years. Clerking for the Supreme Court will require top notch grades in law school.
