"Fly-away" cost is the cost it takes to build one from scratch, right now. About $137 million each.

"Per Unit" cost, includes the upfront R&D and other design costs required to create the plane in the first place, divided by the total number of planes produced. This includes the Fly-away cost. $377 million each.

"Life-Cycle" cost, which includes all the maintenance, fuel, spare parts, and upgrades required across the plane's expected 40-year operational life. It includes the above costs. $678 million each.
