In the United States presidency election, one persons vote does not determine who will be president, but instead it determines who the representative will be to cast the vote in the electoral college. Meaning either a democratic representative from the state or a republican representative from the state. One persons vote all depends on how many people are in the county. And this goes for all states with the exception of Maine and Nebraska
The viral load is a measure of how much HIV is present in the blood. A high viral load count would indicate the person has many copies of the virus in their body. The CD4 count, on the other hand, indicates how many CD4 or T-helper cells the person has. CD4 cells are part of the immune system. When they are destroyed, their numbers drop. This is what the HIV virus does--it destroys CD4 cells. Therefore, if a person has a low CD4 count, that means that their immune system is not functioning well, if at all.
through elections and voting much like democracy or republican
There is no underage voting. To vote a person has to register and to register a person must show he/she is 18. Underage voting is not a problem. In fact, statistics show that the a person who are under 45 years old are much less likely to vote. Only 54% of adults ages 18 to 31 are registered to vote. Voter registration peaks with people 65 and older with 94% voting. All information points to the fact underage voting isn’t happening.
A CD4 count of 5 indicates that the immune system is virtually non-functioning. In such cases, people are much more susceptible to infections, as the immune system is unable to fight them off.
Black people today and in the past count as the whole person they are. The claim that they were worth 3/5 of a white person is not true. The Constitution counted them as 3/5 toward representation, which was a compromise between those who didn't want them represented and those who thought they should count fully.
They die.
the infusion of how much water would kill a person
Drinking soft drinks does not lower sperm count, unless the person drinks more than 1 liter per day. At that level, there may be up to as much as a 30% reduction in sperm count.
A person with too much norepinephrine in his or her system can be prone to violent outbursts. They are also subject to feelings of anxiety.
Voting machines make it possible to calculate the election results more quickly. Voting machines also make it much easier to tamper with the election results, and to falsify the votes cast. Paper ballots are slower, but far more secure and tamper-resistant.
Around the world and throughout history men have had most of the power in societies. Because of that men were able to keep women out of voting for a while when voting became a part of governments. The reason men didn't want women to vote was sexism (Discrimination against a person because of their gender).
Certainly! All you need to do is get 50.000001% control of the voting rights in total, and vote to have that person removed. It is unlikely that anybody with 49% of the voting rights to begin with wouldn't go to the trouble to have another 2% held in someone's name but really voted on their behalf. If YOU have over 50% of the voting rights yourself, then there is no question but that you could have this done. If you ARE faced with a skillful operator, and you can't win because the person in office controls MORE than 50% of the voting rights, then try an end run. See if the company would issue more stock (which comes with voting rights), and obtain control of this newly issued stock yourself, (even if you have to have a friendly or sympathetic acquaintance buy it), and use it to dilute the other person's control to below 50%, at which time you can have them removed. You'd probably be better off starting your own company instead. You could control ALL of the voting rights then! It would also almost certainly be MUCH cheaper as well.
