This can be looked at as a catch 22 situation. That is if everyone is rich the world economy and industry would collapse. Money as we know it would become worthless. This is one point of view. If everyone simply decided they had enough money to live on then no-one would work. The problem is simply you would have to do EVERYTHING for yourself as noone would be interested in doing it for you as they do not need the money. At this stage as a race it is likely that our fate would rest in the hands of mother nature and Darwins' theory of survival of the fitest as we rely on trading with each other for necessities like heat shelter food and water.
