HH" is the Hoffman and Hoffman Mint by the way. There are likely varieties of the one you have pictured since tokens were made in batches and the dies discarded. If a token was reordered new dies would be cut and there would be small differences. The particular token pictured is actually a little tougher issue. There is pretty limited demand for the stock tokens though so they won't sell for much, though. These were probably made in the late-'80's or early-'90's.

On the left is Liberty, holding a staff topped with a liberty cap. On the right is Ceres, Roman goddess of grain and abundance. A banner below the shield proclaims "Liberty and Prosperity", and across the top arc of the shield are the words "The Great Seal of the State of New Jersey."
The official seal of Arkansas symbolizes liberty through imagery such as a shield with a liberty cap and an eagle holding a scroll with the phrase "Regnat Populus" (The People Rule). The title page of Walden by Henry David Thoreau emphasizes personal freedom and self-reliance through the image of a solitary cabin in the woods and the subtitle "Or, Life in the Woods," reflecting a theme of seeking independence from societal norms. Both embody different aspects of freedom, with the Arkansas seal focusing on civic liberty and Walden on individual autonomy.
