It depends on which John Kennedy to which you refer. If you mean John F. Kennedy, the former president of the USA, then YES, he is dead. If you mean some other John Kennedy, then maybe yes, maybe no.

Yes - and there are photos and fingerprints taken during his autopsy in Walter Reed Hospital - to prove it - and the fingerprints are a perfect match to his fingerprints taken during his service in the United States Navy and later during his service as a United States senator.

Some think that the President is living in Wisconsin - mainly because Jackie Kennedy visited Wisconsin many times during from the 1960's to the 1990's. What they fail to understand - is that Rosemary Kennedy (John Kennedy - born 1917 - younger sister - born 1918) lived out her life in a total care facility in Wisconsin - after a failed lobotomy in 1941 at the age of 23. She went from a normal 23 year old "socialite" woman - to completely dependant on 24 hour care of others - due to a failed lobotomy - ordered by her father - to calm her down and possibly make her more intelligent. Of course they had no idea - at the time - of the final results - but she was an embarrassment to Joseph P Kennedy. She was not as brilliant as her older siblings - (two older brothers - both Harvard graduates) and Joseph was told there was a chance that a lobotomy would make Rosemary more intelligent. It was Joseph and Rose Kennedy's greatest regret that this was performed - although neither ever visited or saw Rosemary after 1941. Rosemary died in 2005 at the age of 86. It simply does not pay to be a normal person - in a family of overachievers!!
