Graduate programs at Oxford University in Oxford have impeccable credentials going back centuries that no one would think of questioning.

I therefore assume you're talking about the Oxford Graduate School (website www.ogs.edu) in Crystal Springs/Dayton, TN.

OGS is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, and TACCS is recognized as a legitimate accrediting body by both the US Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. In addition to this information being on OGS' own web site, it can be verified on CHEA's as well, so they're not just blowing smoke.

So the answer is ... yes. (I'm as shocked as you are; this is the first time I can recall seeing a question of this type on this site where the school was NOT a diploma mill.)

There's a significant amount of intellectual incestuality in their faculty (to clarify: I mean that a lot of them have degrees from OGS itself) , but that's not actually an indication that anything's wrong; the same is probably true of Oxford University as well.
