There were 23,218 US personnel missing or known captured during the Bulge. I do not believe that any comprehensive roster of these has ever been compiled.

Of course not. Even in the list of American battles, it probably second after D-day and may be rivaled by battles in Pacific as well. As of whole World War II Battle of the Bulge falls far behind battles of Stalingrad, Kursk Salient, Moscow and many others.

The link below gives a list of the units that were involved in the Battle of the Bulge. It lists the 285th Combat Engineer Battalion as well as a 285th Observation unit. This division was not part of a division. It was probably an independent unit that was attached to the Army. It did receive credit for 3 Campaigns: Ardennes-Alsac, Central Europe and Rhineland.
One needs to obtain a copy of their DD Form 214, it list the units in which they served, awards given, and countries in which they served.
Oh, I see you're interested in history and tanks! The Battle of the Bulge was a significant event during World War II. While there were Tiger I tanks present during the battle, specific lists of these tanks may be challenging to find due to the chaos of war and record-keeping limitations. Remember, each tank represented a story of bravery and sacrifice, adding to the tapestry of history.
