No. At MEPS, you'll do the ASVAB, drug screening, and medical testing. After that, you'll sit down with a career counselor and discuss your options. Then you either sign the contract or DEP paperwork, or else you leave it and either come back at another time, or find something else to do. Going to MEPS doesn't obligate you to do anything. Anyhow, there'll be no PT. Your recruiting station might set you up for weekend 'drills' while you're in the DEP phase, and there'll be PT done there, but you won't do any official PT tests for the record until you go downrange in basic and get assigned to your BCT unit.
