Also, several court cases are pending and one in particular addresses the Feres Doctrine and service members ability to sue the U.S Government and will be litigated possibly ending up in the U.S. Supreme Court. Any monetary compensation will be awarded on a case by case basis as there are no class action suits against the U.S. Government.
