Tarlac National High SchoolBiology◄II Microscope II►
◄II Two basic types of Microscope II► 1. Simple Microscope → A microscope having one lens or lens system, such as magnifying glass. 2. Compound Microscope → Commonly used by Biologist, Doctors and Researches. ◄II Parts of Compound Microscope II► 1. Body Tube → A simple tube mouthed on a stand which holds the objective at the lower end and the eyepiece at the upper end. It also support the eyepiece. 2. Eyepiece → The lens that located at the upper end of the body tube used to view the object being examined. 3. Objective Lens a. Low Power Objective → Less use to enlarge on object 10x its size. b. High Power Objective → Less use to magnify object more than to times its size. 4. Coarse Adjustment → a knob located at the side of the arm used to used to adjust the object lens in focus the image. 5. Arm → Holds the microscope together, and connect the base and stage with the tube. 6. Stage → The flat form where the slides are place for examination. 7. Stage Clip → The tools used to hold the slide on the stage. A metal clips that hold a slide securely onto the stage. 8. Mirror → The instrument designed to reflect light to the diaphragm for better optical perception of the objective. This direct light upwards onto the slide. 9. Fine Adjustment → a knob that is used to improve the image viewed under the High Power Objective. 10. Draw tube → holds the ocular eyepiece. 11. Dust Shield → prevent dirt and dust to penetrate into the objectives. 12. Revolving Nose piece → holds the objective in places and help in shifting of objective to other. 13. Iris Diaphragm → Regulates the amount of light that enters to the condenser . 14. Condenser → It receive the light reflected by the mirror and absorb by the iris diaphragm. 15. Base → it is the bottom of the microscope and it support the entire microscope. 16. Inclination Joint → used in titling the microscope. It is also an adjustable joint that lets the arm tilt at various angle.
microscope
Stereomicroscope, Compound Microscope, Phase-contrast microscope, electron microscope, Scanning-electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope, Confocal-scanning microscope. THESE ARE JUST SOME. :)
1.digital microscope 2.stereo microscope 3.compound microscope 4.electron microscope 5.laboratory microscope
There is a compound light microscope, an scannignn electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope.
scanning electron microscope
There are many. Simple microscope, compound microscope, light microscope, scanning electron microscope, Transmission Electron Microscope, Dissection microscope, etc,but all together there are about 20 different types of microscopes.
compound microscope By Diana maldonado (:
There are several type of microscopes, mainly, the one that we use in lab is a simple light microscope or a compound microscope. Then we have the phase contrast microscope, fluorescent microscope, electron microscope (transmission electron microscope [TEM] and scanning electron microscope [SEM]), confocal microscope and even dissection microscope the one which we use during dissections.
A SEM microscope is a scanning electron microscope
compound light microscope - cell theory - electron microscope
There are many. Simple microscope, compound microscope, light microscope, scanning electron microscope, Transmission Electron Microscope, Dissection microscope, etc,but all together there are about 20 different types of microscopes.
Another name for the light microscope is the optical microscope.
