The RMS Titanic was a civilian liner, not any form of a warship. It was not designed to either mount torpedoes (for use against other vessels), nor was designed explicitly to be able to survive a torpedo hit. In addition, given the size of then-current torpedoes and the design and layout of the Titanic's cargo holds, it is highly unlikely that the Titanic would have been able to carry such a weapon even as cargo.

More to the point, as a luxury cruise ship, designed specifically for carrying large numbers of paying civilian passengers from one port to another, there would have been absolutely no consideration given towards mounting or carrying weapons, and virtually no consideration to designing features which would enable it to survive combat.
