The three levels of distinction that a JROTC Unit can earn is
1) Merit Unit
2) Honor Unit
and
3) Honor Unit w/ Distinction
There were 3229 various JROTC units as of June 2006 (1555 Army JROTC, 794 Air Force JROTC, 619 Navy JROTC, 260 Marine Corps JROTC, 1 Coast Guard JROTC). Additionally, there are cadet programmes outside of JROTC (such as the Young Marines, Civil Air Patrol, Explorer Scouts) which may or may not be school based.
In BTEC qualifications, "DDD" refers to the highest grade achievable in a Level 3 Extended Diploma. It represents a Distinction in each of the three units of assessment. This grade is equivalent to three A-levels at grade A, reflecting a high level of achievement and understanding in the subject area.
The units used to measure sound pressure levels are decibels (dB).
Technically, I need more information to answer your question. I'll try to give a broad answer, and if you want you can message specifics to me later. As far as I know, no JROTC can prevent you from joining CAP, and vice-versa. In fact, many encourage dual-enrollment.There are several perks to dual-enrollment; chief among them is that, regardless of when you join CAP, after two years of JROTC, if you can obtain a certificate from your JROTC instructor, you can advance in CAP at one rank per month up until the first officer rank [Second Lieutenant/Billy Mitchell Award] (you must still pass all tests and meet all requirements, the time limits are just lowered). In Air Force JROTC, you can wear the Curry Ribbon (first rank ribbon) and all officer rank ribbons on your AFJROTC uniform. In CAP, you can wear the top three ribbons from ANY (Navy, Marine, Army, or Air Force) JROTC program on your cadet uniform, so long as you are involved in that JROTC unit.As I said, message me for more detailed or in depth Q&A.
if you translate a figure up thee units then down three it will stay the same
Three units! There are nearly 50 units for measuring mass. And that is without any of the multitude of metric units: nanogram, microgram, milligram, gram, or intermediate measures. See the Wikipedia link.

Well... I know for a fact that Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps programs are found only in HIGH SCHOOLS. Also, the term is usually shortened toJROTC. Now, ROTC units are found in colleges, and they can lead to a commission in the military as an officer. JROTC membership has no military obligation. As far as your question goes, I do not know all, but North Georgia and Columbus State have good Army programs, but those are the only two I know of. My advice would be to visit the site of your preferred service and there should be a link to find college units. Sorry I couldn't give a list, but I had to point out the high school/college distinction. Source: 3 years in Navy JROTC, c/LT-Executive Officer.
