The U. S. Senate has two members from each state, so as long as the U. S. has 50 states, the Senate will have 100 seats.

The U. S. House of Representatives always has 435 members except for a short time after a new state is added, at which time it has 435 members plus the members from the new state(s). The 435 seats get redistributed, or reallocated, among the states every ten years, after each official U. S. Census, based on the ratio of each state's population to the total population of all the states. If any new states were added since the previous reallocation, the total number of House seats goes back to 435 at that time.
